Survivors include his wife, Anne; his sons, John Scagno Jr. and David R. Scagno; and three grandchildren. He was retired from the General Mills Corp. and a Navy veteran. He lived in El Paso for 42 years.

Shelton, Walter N.
42, of El Paso died Tuesday (June 27, 2000). Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Survivors include his mother, Roberta Shelton; his son, Walter K. Shelton; and his brothers, John Shelton and Harry Shelton. He was a surveyor and a lifelong El Paso resident. Arrangements are by Restlawn Funeral Home.
