LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
MRS. MARY LUEDECKE
THE STATE OF TEXAS ()
COUNTY OF GOLIAD ()
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, Mrs. Mary
Luedecke, a widow, being
of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make and
publish this, my last
Will and Testament, to-wit:
I. I do hereby revoke all wills and codicils and
testamentary instruments
heretofore made by me.
II. I direct that all my just debts, including all expenses
of last illness and
funeral and burial, shall be paid by my executor as soon
as reasonably
convenient after my death.
III. I hereby direct that no other action shall be had in the
County Court or in
any other Court in relation to the settlement of or
administration upon my
estate than the probating and recording of this will and
the return of any
inventory and appraisement and list of claims.
IV. I hereby appoint W. P. Baumgartner, Sr., executor under
this will and of my
estate and direct that no bond shall be required of
him. In the event of the
death or inability of W. P. Baumgartner, Sr., or should
he refuse to act or
resign, then I appoint Werger Dohmann executor under this
Will and of my
estate and direct that no bond shall be required of
him. My said executor,
the one acting, shall have full power and authority to
well any part of parts,
real or personal, of my estate for cash or terms of
credit and for such
consideration or considerations as such executor may

deem advisable, for the purpose of paying any of my
debts.
V. I give, devise and bequeath to my sons, Victor Luedecke
and Arthur A.
Luedecke, in equal shares, all of my estate of every
description, real,
personal or mixed, which I may own or be entitled to at
the time of my death,
in fee simple.
VI. IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed and
signed these presents at
Goliad, Texas, in the presence of the witnesses whose
names are affixed hereto
and whom I have requested to sign their names hereto as
witnesses and in the
presence of said witnesses I have declared and published
the foregoing as my
last Will on the 30th day of April, A.D., 1962.

The foregoing was on this date signed by Mrs. Mary
Luedecke in our presence,
and in the presence of each of us, and at the time of her
subscribing said
instrument, she declared that it was her Will and at her
request and in her
presence and in the presence of each other, we have
subscribed our names as
witnesses thereto on the 30th day of April, A.D., 1962.

Before me, the undersigned authority, on this day
personally appeared Mrs.
Mary Luedecke, Mary F. Shelton, and W. W. Lang, known to
me to be the
(testatrix) and the witnesses, respectively, whose names
are subscribed to the
annexed or foregoing instrument in their respective
capacities, and, all of
said persons being by me first duly sworn, the said Mrs.
Mary Luedecke,
(testatrix), declared to me and to the said witnesses in
my presence that said
instrument is (her) last will and testament, and that
(she) had willingly made
and executed it as (her) free act and deed for the
purposes therein expressed;
and the said witnesses, each on oath stated to me, in the
presence and hearing
of the said (testatrix), that the said (testatrix) had
declared to them that
said instrument is (her) last will and testament, and
that (she) executed the
same as such and wanted each of them to sign it as a
witness; and upon their
oaths each witness stated further that they did sign the
same as witnesses in
the presence of the said (testatrix) and at (her)
request; that said
(testatrix) was at the time nineteen years of age or over
and was of sound
mind; and that each of said witnesses was then at least
fourteen years of age.
