NANNY STREETY

Our heavenly Father has called home our dearly beloved Sister, Nanny Streety. We, here at
Mt. Zion Primitive Baptist Church, bow in humble submission to the will of
God.
Sister Streety was born at Madisonville, Texas on May 15, 1884 and passed away on May 30,
1969 at the age of 85 years. She joined the Primitive Baptist Church in 1912 and come to Mt.
Zion in 1913. She was a very faithful member and was deeply loved by all. Sister Streety is
survived by three sons, Dave, Joe and Brice; one daughter, Mrs. A.E.
Urban; two sisters; a sister-in-law; ten grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; as well as many
friends. To the family she left behind, we extend our deepest sympathy and may they realize that
their loss is her eternal gain.
Be it resolved that we send a copy of this Resolution to THE BANNER OF LOVE,
a copy to the family, and a copy be entered into our church records.
Written by request of Mt. Zion Primitive Baptist Church, Nixon, Texas.
