Where We Are
Hudspeth is a large county in far west Texas and the county seat is Sierra Blanca in the south central part of the county on I-10. The largest community is Fort Hancock in the southwest corner on the Rio Grande. Hudspeth is bordered by Mexico in the south, followed by El Paso County in the west, Otero County, New Mexico, in the north and Culberson, Jeff Davis and Presidio counties in the east. And yes, Otero County is 1/3 larger than Hudspeth.
