*Note - Listing from 'Names & Probable Grave Locations' in the Mason County Graves and Cemeteries book. I have no other record of a Ward Gamel than these 2 listings.

**Note - These children are listed in the Mason County Graves and Cemeteries book. The children whom I show (of Samuel & Minnie) as having died as children are buried in the Coffey Cem. according to info. from Georgia (McWilliams) Shaw and her sister Sherry (McWilliams) Kettler.

***Note - The Smith children listings are shown in the Mason County Graves and Cemeteries book.

*** Gamel Note:

There seems to be a question of who "Ward Gamel" is. I was born and raised in Streeter. Ward's given name was Walter. Ward was all I knew him by until I was grown. Ward (Walter) was married to Donie. They lived about a quarter mile from us. Although they are not kin to me, you can verify this information from grandsons BH and Jimmy Nobles (Camp Air?). Their mother was Gladys Gamel Nobles. (Ward and Donie had 6 children with Gladys Jewel Gamel being the youngest).

You all have done a wonderful job on the Mason County Website. I just wanted to help with what I knew.

Keep up the good work!!!!!!!!!!
