COLORADO CITY (RNS) ~~ T.E. Arnold, 93, retired Mitchell County Justice of the Peace from Colorado City, died at 5:20 p.m. Sunday in Root Memorial Hospital after a long illness. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Kiker-Seale Chapel.

The Rev. Glenn Roenfeldt, pastor of the First Baptist Church will officiate. Burial will be in the Colorado City Cemetery.

Mr. Arnold was born August 4, 1881, in Arkansas and moved to Colorado City in 1935. He married Frances Crow April 21, 1909, in Memphis, Texas.

Survivors include his wife: four daughters, Mrs. Alene Boone of Colorado City, Mrs. W.W. Worley of Lubbock, Mrs. Sherrod Smith of Topeka, Kansas, and Mrs. Billie Durham of Anchorage, Alaska; two sons, James of Seattle, Washington and L. E. of California; 11 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
