COLORADO CITY ~~ Mrs. C. W. Arthur, 78, of Big Spring died at 1:15 p.m. Wednesday in the Roland Nursing Home in Loraine where she had been for six months.

Funeral will be at 3 p.m. Friday in the Central Baptist Church in Colorado City with the Rev. Jack McCown officiating, assisted by the Rev. C. W. Corly of Big Spring.

Burial will be in the Colorado City Cemetery under the direction of Kiker-Rains-Seale Funeral Home.

She was born December 3, 1892 in Bowie County.

She married C. W. Arthur June 22, 1937 in Lamesa. She was a member of the Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Gladys Pedigo of Colorado City and Mrs. Ruby Edwards of Abilene; three sisters, Mrs. Ollie Summerford of Ralls, Mrs. Thelma Hardy of Brownfield and Mrs. N. Hall of Albuquerque, New Mexico; two brothers, Boyd Hall of Lakeside, California and Marion Hall of Tahoka; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
