RITES FOR BOY, 12, SET TODAY
COLORADO CITY
Funeral for Robert Stevin Free, 12 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Otis O. Free
of Colorado City, who was killed by a car while riding his bicycle Tuesday
night will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday in the Oak Street Baptist Church.
The Rev. E.V. Brooks, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Colorado
City Cemetery under direction of Kiker and Son Funeral Home.
Free was born September 6, 1949, in Colorado City and would have been a
junior high school student this fall.
Survivors are his parents; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Mattie Hardin; seven
sisters, Mrs. Robert Boland and Wanda Free both of Modesto, California, Mrs.
Marie Garrett of Forsan, Mrs. Opal McKinney, Jackie Sue Free, Donna Lois
Free, and Rhonda Gay Free, all of Colorado City; and three brothers, Rex, in
the military service and Jerry Joe and James, both of Colorado City. |
