Maria Antonia Teran Godina

Colorado City – Mrs. Maria Godina age 82, of Colorado City, died Friday morning in a local hospital. Services will be at 10 AM Monday, January 10, 2011, at St. Ann's Catholic Church with Father Michael Udegbunam officiating. Burial will follow in the Colorado City Cemetery under the direction of Kiker-Seale Funeral Home.
Mrs. Godina was born November 7, 1928 in Loraine to Luis and Maria Morua Teran and had been a lifelong resident of Mitchell County. She married Emilio Godina in 1954 in Colorado City. He preceded her in death on January 4, 1992. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church.
She is survived by 2 sons, Manuel and wife Irma Godina and Lupe Jarmillo, all of Colorado City; a daughter, Maria Elena and husband Abel Molano of Colorado City; 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Rosary will be held at 7 PM Saturday and Sunday at the funeral home.
