COLORADO CITY ~~ Miss Gretchen Helm, died Sunday afternoon in West Texas Medical Center in Abilene after and illness of several months.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Kiker and Son Chapel with the Rev. Joe Temple of Abilene and Caddo Mathews of Plainview officiating. Burial will be in the Colorado City Cemetery.
Born March 27, 1947, in Colorado City, she had completed two years at the University of Texas in Arlington before her illness.
Survivors include her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Helm of Colorado City; five brothers, Austin of the University of Texas at Austin, Daniel, David, Marshall and Craig, all of the home; four sisters, Jessica, Cornelia, Juliana and Priscilla, all of the home.
