Annie Mae Smith Lee died Thursday, October 11, 2001 at Snyder Oaks Nursing
Home in Snyder, Texas. Memorial services will be at 1:30 P.M. Sunday at the
Kiker Seale Funeral Home Chapel.
She was born February 10, 1918, in Mitchell County. She married Buford
Burdette Lee May 24, 1935. He preceded her in death on July 6, 1999. Mrs.
Lee was a homemaker, salesperson and jewelry store manager. She was a
Baptist and attended the First Baptist Church of Loraine and later in
Colorado City.
Survivors are a sister, Jewel Brown Francis of Midland; two daughters,
Annette Lee Chesser of Snyder, Texas and Janie Lee Harris of College
Station, Texas; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
