Bertha Bedford- Montgomery

Bertha Bedford-Montgomery, 92, of Midland, died on Monday, April 5, 2004, at her
residence.
She was born on September 27, 1911, in Wendom, Texas and married Ray Daniel
Bedford he preceded her in death in February of 1985. She later married O.B.
Montgomery, he preceded her in death in September of 2003. A memorial service
will be held in Abilene at a later date. As she requested, Bertha's body has
been donated to Texas Tech School of Medicine. She was a Baptist.
Survivors include one son & daughter-in-law, Raymond & Helen Bedford of Midland;
five grandchildren, SFC. Donald Bedford of Midland, James Bedford of Denver,
Colorado, William Bedford of Midland, Ricky Daw of Bentonville, Arkansas, Vicky
Kerr of Abilene, fifteen great grandchildren, and twelve great great
grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, daughters, two
grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to Hospice of Midland,
911 W. Texas, Midland, Tx 79701.
Arrangements under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home of
Midland.
