Cleone Fulford 

1921-2000 

Funeral service for Cleone Fulford, longtime Fluvanna resident, is set for 10 a.m. Saturday in the Fluvanna Baptist Church. The Revs. Thomas Hall and Cecil Foster will officiate. Burial will follow in the Fluvanna Cemetery under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home. 

Mrs. Fulford, 79, died Tuesday, Sept. 26, in Lubbock following a lengthy illness. 

Born July 25, 1921 in Gatesville, she married Ray Fulford on Jan. 7, 1939 in Clariot, Tex. 

A resident of Fluvanna since 1939, Mrs. Fulford was a beautician and a member of the Fluvanna First Baptist Church and Quilting Club. 

She was preceded in death by three brothers, Edgar Kinsey, David Kinsey and D.D. Kinsey; and one sister, Leona Markham. 

Survivors include her husband, Ray Fulford of Fluvanna; a son, Victor Fulford of Lubbock; four brothers, Ellis Kinsey of Stephenville, Wesley Kinsey of Fort Worth, Arvin Kinsey of Williston, N.D., and Marvin Kinsey of Dallas; three grandchildren, Lance Fulford of California, Xan Fulford of Austin and Jai Fulford of Lubbock; and three great-grandchildren, Hagen Fulford, Braxton Fulford and Candra Fulford.
