Rue Gambol 

1940-2000 

Howard Larue �Rue� Gambol of Jayton, a former Snyder resident, died Sunday, Aug. 13, in Fisher County Hospital in Rotan. 

Funeral service for Mr. Gambol, 60, is set for 10 a.m. Tuesday in the Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Miller Robinson, retired Baptist minist er, will officiate. Cremation is planned. 

Mr. Gambol was born on April 16, 1940 in Childress. A retired State of Texas game warden, he was preceded in death by three brothers - Ray, James and Gene Gambol. 

Survivors include three sons, Ricky Gambol of Tyler, Monte Gambol of Bastrop and Danny Gambol of Snyder; one sister, Jean Malone of Snyder; three stepsons, Walter Banks, John Banks and Lee Banks, all of Snyder; two grandsons, Ryan and Dillon Gambol of Bastrop; and a good friend, Larry Rider of Clairemont. 

Family visitation will be from 6-7:30 p.m. today at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home
