Funeral service for Mr. Inman, 81, is set for 11 a.m. Saturday in the First Baptist Church in Tahoka with the Rev. Charlie Stice officiating. Burial will follow in the Snyder Cemetery under the direction of White Funeral Home of Tahoka. Born Dec. 20, 1918 in Chillicothe, he attended school in Southward County and in Tahoka. He married Susimaye Reep on May 30, 1941 in Snyder. He was an U.S. Army veteran of World War II. Mr. Inman moved from Snyder to Tahoka in 1947 and was employed by Lyntegar Electric until his retirement in 1984. He was a member of the Lynn County Sheriff�s Posse, Tahoka Rodeo Association and the Sweet Street Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by three brothers and six sisters. Survivors include his wife, Susiemay Inman of Tahoka; two sons, Joe Inman of Eugene, Ore. and Wyndell Inman of Colorado City; a daughter, Nancy Gulliams of Tahoka; two sisters, Nora Bell Wood of Tahoka and Mary Ellen James of Lubbock; nine grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
