Angela Smallwood 

1974-2000 

CANON CITY, Colo. -- Angela R. Smallwood, 25, daughter-in-law of Elsie Boren of Snyder, died Monday, Aug. 21, in Canon City, Colo. 

Mrs. Smallwood was to be cremated. A memorial service is set for 4 p.m. today in the Wilson Andrews Memorial Chapel in Canon City. Keith Powley and Dave Grooters will officiate. 

Born Nov. 27, 1974 in Howard County, Angela was a member of the Ira Church of God. She married Sam J. Smallwood on Nov. 5, 1994 in Ira. He survives. 

Other survivors include a son, John Hunter Smallwood of Canon City; her parents, Tommy and Karen Porter of Moses Lake, Wash.; and a sister, Melanie Henderson of Hermiston, Ore.
