Patsy Zimmerman 

1934-2000 

AMHERST � Patsy Lenora Spradling Zimmerman, a native of Scurry County, died Monday, Sept. 25, in White Dove Nursing Home in Littlefield. 

Funeral service for Mrs. Zimmerman, 66, was set for 2 p.m. today in the Hammons Funeral Home Chapel in Amherst with George Wayne Davis officiating. Burial was to follow in the Fairlawn Cemetery. 

Born June 6, 1934 in Scurry County, she grew up in the Hermleigh area and lived in Bangs for 15 years where she worked in a restaurant and for a child protective agency. She moved to Meridian in 1994 and to Littlefield in 1998. She was a seamstress, homemaker and a Baptist. 

Survivors include a son, Po Davis of Haskell; a daughter, Sue Montgomery of Amherst; a sister, Leona Renfro of Austin; four brothers, Jim Spradling of Reno, Nev., Donnie Spradling of Redwood, Calif., and Bick Spradling and Johnny Spradling, both of Meridian; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
