Rev. Bridges, 76, retired Methodist minister, died Thursday at his home two miles west of Arlington. A resident of Texas 65 years, he had held pastorates in a number of places in East Texas. He is survived by his widow, three daughters, Mrs. Clara Redifer, Woodrow, Col.; Mrs. B. A. Moore, Bethany, Okla., and Mrs. T. H. Campbell; and three sons, Arthur T. Bridges, Arlington, J. J. Bridges, Freer and S. F. Bridges, Duncan, Ariz.

Services will be held Friday afternoon at Bluff Hill Chapel, nine miles east of Henderson in Rusk County with burial in the family cemetery there.
