Estate of John R. Baugh, Deceased.

26 April 1852. Margarette E. (X) Baugh notifies the court that she will apply at the next term for letters of administration on the estate of John R. Baugh, deceased , and wishes the necessary publication as the law directs.

31 May 1852. Elizabeth M. Baugh is appointed admrx and makes bond in amount $980, with A. F. Leonard, E. S. Terrill, and John B. York, securities. [on large sheet folded to make four pages. On page 4: James Holland. Jacob Bowdiston.]

22 June 1852. Inventory and appraisement returned by Isaac Thomas and J. W. Conner, including 80 acres land, being the E. half of the N.E. qr of Sec. 17, stock, farm equipment, two under beds, etc. A duplicate inventory, dated June 28, was returned by Lemuel T. Edwards, Peter Scoonover, and Benjamin Schoonover. [Another paper, undated and unsigned, states: Isaac Thomas, Milton Robinson, Josepb W. Coner to be appraisers of Estate.]
