Petition of P. Horton for letters of guardianship of the person and property of William A. Conly, minor heir of blank] Conly, deceased. 22 May 1857.

Bond of Pressor Horton, guardian; $4600. Sureties: W. Eliot and John Boon.

Summons to James Ventioner, guardian ad litem of William A. Connelly, to be at court on last Mondy in October 1857 to show cause if any he has why a writ of partition and distribution should not issue. Issued 28 September 1857. Filed 20 October.

Annual exhibit of P. Horton, guardian: "a full inventory" included Horse, cash, and 160 acres land. Paid out: tuition to Crutchfield; Thompson; Mrs. Mitchell. 27 Sept. 1858.

"County of Uvalde. I, James B. Davenport Chief Justice in and for said county do hereby certify that at this Term of the County Court setting for the Settlement of Estates Letters of Guardianship were granted to P. Horton for the person and Estate of Wm. A. Connelly Minor heir of C. Connelly Deceased. And has given Bond and Security in double the value of said Estate and has also filed in said Court a certified Transcript of all the proceedings to his Guardianship. To certify which I hereunto sign my name and affix the seal of the County Court of said County of Uvalde this 26 day of July 1859."
