Also, Daniel Barcroft, administrator of the estate of Nelson W. Ellis, deceased, and Melissa Jane Ellis, deceased, and all other persons interested in the partitioning and distribution of the estate of Nelson W. and Melissa Jane Ellis, dec'd, to be... at the July term of the district court of Tarrant County, Texas... to show cause if any can why the petition of John Winn and Nancy Winn... for the partition and distribution of said estate should not be granted.
