Application for letters of administration. Filed 26 March 1855. Waco.
March 11, 1855. To M. T. Johnson Esq. Birdville. My object in addressing
you is to get you to attend to a little law business for me as I know of
no lawyer in your neighborhood. I wish to get Letters of Administration out

a great favor by applying in my name or placing this in a lawyer's hands
and having him do so. and I will pay all expenses. Answer this as soon as
convenient if you please and oblige. S/ Harvy Barnard
