29 Jan 1855.  Nancy Lacy guardian of Ann Luisa and Judith Amanda, minor heirs.  Bond; sureties George W. Lacy and Edward Hovenkamp.

27 Jan 1858.  Joseph F. Jones petitions for guardianship of Ann L. and Judith A. Lacy, in place of Nancy Lacy, dismissed.  Bond $3000; securities: A. J. Jasper and H. Crowley.

10 Nov 1867.  Robert K. Mays and Ann L. Mays, his wife, petition for final settlement of estate of James and Elizabeth Lacy, Ann being married and twenty one years of age.  Order for final division of land filed 16 April 1872.
