Petition of H. S. Hope for guardianship of minors Abner McNabb Hope, Sarah Ann Hope. Rebeca Lott, and Nancy Lott, who are heirs to the estate of James Y. McNabb, deceased. Filed February Term 1859.

Bond of H. S. Hope, guardian of the minor children of Elizabeth Hope, deceased, and of Nancy Lott, deceased: $1000. Sureties: M. W. Deavenport and Thos. Easter. Approved 28 March 1859.
