| Application of M. T. Brinson for letters of administration on estate
of Duncan McNair, deceased. He recites that Duncan McNair died in Tarrant
County, Texas in the month of November 1855, leaving property and effects
undisposed of and also leaving creditors among whom are your applicant, that
deceased left neither wife nor kinsmen within the state. S/ M. T. Brinson,
per A. G. Fowler. Filed 31 March 1856.
Bond of M. T. Brinson, admr; $400. Sureties: A. G. Fowler and Julian Feild. Approved 28 April 1856. |
