Community Property of Simcoe and Elizabeth Popplewell.

Inventory of the community property belonging to Simco and Elizabeth S. Popplewell at the death of Elizabeth S. Popplewell, deceased. Included: 320 acres land in Tarrant County: 100 acres land in Dallas County: four negroes: livestock, household furniture, etc. Simcoe Popplewell makes affidavit that the inventory is a true list of the community property at the time of the death of Elizabeth S. Popplewell on the first day of December 1856. Filed December 14, 1857.
