Copy of citation issued to Adolphe Genhenant, admr, to appear before J. B. Patterson, Chief Justice for Dallas County, Texas, at the court house in Dallas on 29 Nov. 1855 to show cause why he should not enter into a new bond as prayed for in the petition of Wm. B. Burtle [?]. S/ J. D. Peak, Clk CC DCT.
