Salmon Cemetery
Home

Salmon Cemetery is one of several in Titus County that must, at this time, be considered lost. Since no monuments existed in the cemetery, no effort was expended to locate it exactly. It was located North of the Ripley community on the James Salmon Survey A-525 plot 050/100. It is near the SW corner of the survey, and was named after the Salmon family. There were as many as 25 graves in the cemetery. The land was in woods and was cleared with a bulldozer, which erased all traces of the cemetery.
